Canadian artist Isaac Zale has shared a catchy new single entitled “Ziploc”, featuring Chuuwee.
Isaac Zale is a producer, musician, and audio engineer from Vancouver. His first major break out came with his track “Eyelids”, a frenetic, catchy jam that recently surpassed 1 million streams on Spotify. The fun-loving sound that he crafted on this song, as well as later releases, gained him a strong online following. A member of the Burgundy Soul collective, he recently collaborated with hip hop mainstays like Kota the Friend and Mick Jenkins.
Zale’s latest offering is fiery and fast-paced. The instrumental contains watery keys underscored by lively guitars. Next, glossy bass and punchy drums are brought in to glue the track together. Zale and Chuuwee provide scorching, rapid verses full of clever wordplay. Moreover, the song is playful and exciting, allowing for much replay value.
Overall, “Ziploc” is an entertaining release from Isaac Zale and Chuuwee. The energy of the song is enjoyable and the catchiness of the songwriting makes for a fun listen. Hopefully we will be hearing more collaborations from these two soon.
