Daymo leaves no emotional stone unturned on his new single, "Infatuated"

Orange County rising artist Daymo has been gradually growing his career over the last few years. Backed by Treacherous Records, the vocalist quickly endeared himself to many southern California fans on the strength his infectious vocal runs and relatable songwriting. Usually focusing on topics that have to do with love, as well as the rewards and consequences that accompany it, he continues that trend as he checks into our pages with his engaging new single, "Infatuated."

Produced by Nat, one of the first things that eagle eyed eared fans will notice is the sonic nod to Kendrick Lamar's, "Kush & Corinthians." Borrowing the mystic melodies that help drive that record, Nat flips those in her own way to set the table perfectly for Daymo. Utilizing his vocals as another instrument, one of the most impressive things about this song is how well his voice and the enchanting production mesh well together with the harrowing violin, rhythmic baseline and hypnotic guitar riffs that is showcased in the well-executed production by Nat. Combining those qualities with Daymo's aforementioned abilities as a songwriter and, "Infatuated," immediately presents itself as a song that's relatable and hard to turn off.

With a full length project seemingly in the works in the near future, now would be the time to get familiar with Daymo.
