Khi Infinite shares his ambient new album Take What You Need

Rising hip-hop/ R&B titan Khi Infinite unleashes his refreshing new album Take What You Need. Taking us down a journey of love, lust and navigating your way out of darkness, this moody 10-track release will be your new addiction. It is easy to get lost in the offering’s bold intensity and each song is more hypnotizing than the next.

Commencing with “Drug of Love,” the tune float away with a chilled out, dreamy backdrop. With his warm vocals and soothing atmosphere, he has created a track as intoxicating as love itself.  “Voicemail to God” is a powerful piece about feeling frustrated with life and unsure where to turn. Beginning with “We’re sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or out of service,” it is a clever opening that hooks us in straight away. A seductive assertiveness radiates off “Love For Yah”. With colorful beats and charismatic vocals, it is a total vibe, bringing all the flavor. “Blue” is a silky finisher detailing the need to comfort a lover when they want some affection. His suave vocals soar atop atmospheric arrangements.

Infinite is influenced by a wide variety of sounds. Beautifully blending bedroom pop, hip-hop, and alternative R&B, his eclectic style has awarded him many fans. Taking influence from talents such as Mos Def and Andre 3000, he is most inspired by his own father hip-hop producer Nottz. His skillful songwriting paired with his music’s vast sonic array, make his art so memorable. This album definitely possesses that intriguing quality.
