Mood Supachild delves into broken love on “Hate on You”

Bordeaux-born musician, composer and author Mood Supachild drops laid-back track “Hate on You,” rooted in his trademark hip-hop soul artistry, led by gentle trap-infused beats and R&B vocals.

Delving into broken love born out of broken communication, Supachild easy flowing rap delivery rests gently over a hazy and moving soundscape tucked away between trap, rap, and R&B. Capturing a relatable moment in strained relationships where you’re for the trigger to leave your partner, the track’s chorus is catchy and emotive, as he breezily delivers “You make me feel like, it’s not better if I hate on you, can I be done done, can I be done done over that s***?”

The track is accompanied by a simple yet sleek music video that introduces us to Supachild and his lush sonic universe. A member of the WorldWide Kids collective, the French-Rwandan musician who also founded the Paper Heals Music label has risen to fame for his polished yet organic sound, and with this latest offering he continues to establish his presence.
