Montreal eclectic Naya Ali rapper got a new one under her belt with this new hard-hitting single titled "Stop Playin," which is the follow-up single to "Str8 Up." This time she links up with producer Adrian X who gifts her with a bass-laden anthemic beat allowing Ali to flex her pen game and display her regal demeanor to the world. Still, in her bag, she makes use of her unique vocal tone and stylish melodic flow to deliver a thought-provoking message while entertaining her fans. She addresses the rampant violence amongst the youth in her city and looks at the issue from a different perspective especially from an economical standpoint where many on the quest for riches often go down the dark path.
Naya Ali is a Montreal-based, Ethiopia-raised artist who fuses rap/hip-hop, R&B/soul elements with her African roots. She is currently working on her debut LP Godspeed:Elevated.
