Rah-C observes different perspectives in “Be Quiet” [Video]

NY-raised rapper and singer-songwriter Rah-C is gearing to release his new project sometime in March but in the interim, he gives us a glimpse of what is to come with his new single “Be Quiet”. The insightful record sees him stepping out to view events and experiences from the bleachers and gives listeners a nuanced but important take on these issues ranging from self-doubt, mental health, addiction and being open-minded to all things. Over the thumping production comprised of moody synths, warm pads and pulsating bass-driven drums, Rah-C gets down and dirty with the bars and puts up the proverbial mirror to reflect the harsh truth. Lines like  “When you stuck in a hole, I knew work was an ambition/through the dirt coal mine the diamonds get deeper/my own mind decline, there is a demon that won’t blind me” sees him acknowledging that life is never a straight path and one must choose to make hard decisions to forge on.

The visual is particularly impressive as it brings to life the various events Rah-C talks about in the song in such a vivid manner that viewers are literally immersed in it all.
