Taigenz‘s new single “Maserati” is an upbeat, vibrant tune that dives into his aspirations and the dynamics of living the lavish lifestyle everyone yearns for. The song is a mix of bravado and posturing, and sees the Montreal-based rapper playing all his cards to get what he wants. Armed with his bassy vocals and laidback flow, he shares a one-off tale with a girl who is fascinated by the high life but Taigenz is just in for a short time and reminds us that he is aiming for a higher plateau. The record shows a different side to the rapper who delivers his verses in a melodic tone and carefree attitude.
“Maserati” is Taigenz’s first single for 2022 and it’s produced by fellow Canadian Jey Blaq. It’s taken from Taigenz’s forthcoming EP Life A Life.
