Victory Brooks checks in with her eclectic new single, "E-Girl"

After landing in Los Angeles, Russian-born singer Victory Brooks immediately started to make her presence felt. Originally working as a guitar player, she finally showcased her intriguing vocal range on the breakout single, "Blood on My Prada." After garnering a bit of notoriety, she decided to further the buzz along by releasing more music. Looking to keep the streak alive, she checks into our pages for the first time with her eclectic new single, "E-Girl."

Produced by Darren Howard and Drew Louis, "E-Girl," is a fun, quirky record that finds Victory showcasing her distinctive and unique style. Speaking about a past relationship in which she found herself infatuated with an e-girl, she utilizes her abilities as a songwriter to pen a relatable record about navigating the perils of lust. Over infectious guitar riffs and simple, yet effective drum patterns, she belts out, "Guess you're just an e-girl like that, stroking my ego like that," harnessing that exact feeling you get when you realize the person you like is just stringing you along, telling you what you want to hear.

Recorded in Russia during an extended stay back home during the pandemic, "E-Girl" has the potential to bridge the gap between her home and L.A. when it comes to garnering a fan base. Take a listen to the single below and get familiar.
