Prolific Baltimore emcee MC Bravado is currently on tour with Dizzy Wright but that is not stopping him from dropping new music, as he treats us with a new single, “I’m Good.” The laid-back summer-tinged tune is as heartfelt as they come and is bolstered by platinum producer Numonics‘ crunchy drums and engulfing guitar riffs. Here, MC Bravado muses on why naysayers and detractors try to get between one’s goals and ruin the party. However, he doesn’t entertain them much and is fully focused on doing his own thing. He is joined by globetrotting collaborator Koncept who gives his own experiences in a candid manner, while Swiss-Egyptian songstress Not.Fay peppers the record with sultry melodic background vocals. Overall, the record celebrates the benefits of truly betting on yourself.
“I’m Good” is a one-off release from MC Bravado and a follow-up to his “LeBron Poster (Freestyle)” released a few months ago.
MC Bravado is an American rapper, songwriter, and educator from White Plains, New York. Outside of his rap career he is also a teacher in Baltimore, Maryland
