Having lost both her parents at a very young age and only two years apart from each other, Louise was shipped away from boarding school to boarding school. The young creative found herself with not only grief but also a lack of control in her own upbringing and what happened to her parent’s belongings that she held so tight. Through pain comes strength though and coming of age also meant coming to terms with finding the happiness inside oneself. I won’t be defined by what has happened to me. I take every day one day at a time and am grateful for each new one that arrives.”
“Undefined’ is her latest single following “Bad Things” which was released earlier this year and “Fool” late last year. Her music is often described as Fleetwood Mac meets Melanie Martinez with a dash of Tori Amos. A unique fusion of organic meets digital, Louise’s music is equally dreamy as it is relatable.
