Her newest release titled “Woman” was conceived from a poem she wrote to celebrate the mystique of femininity and sensuality. the record is dark and cinematic to the core with its eerie strings, rousing guitar phrases and soft percussions that trail softly as the track progresses into a frenzied chorus section. littleuniverses’s airy vocal runs seamlessly merge with the soundscape with a performance that ranges from high to low and an offbeat cadence to match. The other compelling element is the songwriting that employs engaging literary devices with lines like “My body talks a language to/ Those listening for its wailing moves” personifying her spirit.
She adds that writing the poem was her way to overcome the struggles that I encountered from being a woman and to celebrate being a woman.
