Nurko has made his highly-anticipated return with “Blindspot, Pt. 1“ with Bay Area native and singer/songwriter Devon Baldwin via Proximity. The latest to come from Jack Leech directly follows the established bass producer’s late August-released track “Better Off Lonely“ featuring RØRY, and also serves as the newest musical endeavor from Baldwin, who released “Angel Cry“ alongside G-Eazy earlier this spring.
The emotively melodic tune immediately kicks off with a subdued, light playing of the piano, and is quickly followed by Baldwin’s harmoniously rich vocal performance. Larger-than-life bass drops ensue, audibly filling the remainder of the sonic space euphoric intensity.
Nurko’s had quite a busy start to the new decade, with over 10 remixes singles and remixes already under his belt within the last year. Over time, he’s had releases on renowned labels including Proximity, Seeking Blue, Ophelia Records, Armada Music and more.
With a highly unprecedented year, Nurko’s live performances occurred via live stream, with both his “Digital Mirage“ set and “Alone Together“ satiating fans until the return of live events. Those wishing to hear Nurko in-person can now look forward to catching him play as part of Dabin’s newly-rescheduled Into The Wild 2021 tour.
Fans eager to hear more from the Nurko can look forward to more collaborations on the near horizon with an array of industry veterans. Part 2 of “Blindspot” is slated for release December 15th, which will feature a “Hard Mix” with heavier drops and new verses from Baldwin.
