Under his previous musical moniker of Billy Moon, musician Graham Caldwell established himself as an acclaimed act with the ability to seamlessly flit across genres. Now he returns with a new musical identity Tearing Up , offering up three-track debut EP Billy Is Dead.
Opening with vibrant guitar stylings of “Running,” before the gritty yet soaring production of “Monarch,” and the softly, slowing build crescendo of closer “Highway Bandits,” the EP is a short yet punchy glimpse of the authoritative punk signature Tearing Up hopes to bring to life in this musical rebirth.
