Australian rapper Allday, currently based in London, has recently released his latest single, “Drip Drop,” as a precursor to his upcoming album, “The Necklace,” scheduled to drop on August 2nd via Dew Process. This new single is a fusion of rap and pop with a sonic landscape designed to convey emotional substance. “Drip Drop” marks Allday’s first entry into album mode, following his February release “Access” and a spontaneous freestyle of a Jamie XX beat.
The introspective single “Drip Drop” offers a deeper connection to Allday’s fan base, revealing personal anecdotes detailing the human experience’s complexity. Allday highlights his come-up and the grind that has taken him to his current status, producing relatable lyricism that connects with the masses.
