Singer-songwriter, musician and actor Ari Welkom aka Avatari has just shared his latest single. Entitled “Power” the dynamic track follows his single releases “Broke” and “Holidaze” shared last year.
“Power” details the importance of living life on your own terms and breaking free from the expectations and limitations that society and even our own minds hold us in. Dreaming is important and with “Power” Avatari hopes the message is that we can achieve what we want and not let anything stop us. Empowering lyrics show this theme including, “I feel I can feel the energy / It’s real it’s swelling through the ground floor / We’re breaking all the rules / We’re breaking all the rules / Seeing if we can fly higher.” Sonically, “Power” is an arena-worthy pop rock single filled with ferocious guitar riffs, hard hitting drums and driving basslines. His solo project was conceived during the beginning of the pandemic and is influenced by some of his favorite bands such as Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots and X Ambassadors.
