Music production school 343 Labs announces interactive hub 343 Studio 

New York and Berlin-based music production school 343 Labs  has announced the launch of its digital music education hub 343 Studio which will give aspiring talent direct access to some of the world’s leading DJs and producers through live masterclasses, workshops, feedback sessions, networking events and even discounts to producer tools by Ableton, Arturia, SoundToys, etc.

The interactive learning experience will be led by artists in residence, multi-instrumentalist John Selway, DJ Great Dane, and underground techno veteran Abe Duque.

American EDM producer/DJ Great Dane, who teaches music production at 343 Labs described the hub as “an amazing tool” which allows musicians to learn the “best techniques and practices.” Another artist who will be sharing their expertise, German dance producer/DJ Innellea also said they loved “sharing some of my tips and my creative approach with the audience.”

All lessons on 343 Studio will live streamed or hosted via video conferencing technology but will also be recorded so they can be watched later. Members will also be able to set up user profiles to track their progress and interact with their peers and there will be additional access to artists and classes according to specific needs.

With how much e-learning has picked up during the pandemic, 343 Studio  is the music school’s way of evolving their educational setting. 343 Labs co-founder Max Wild explained that the idea for 343 Labs came from the need of online learners “to be part of a community and access training in real-time.”

Having been launched by Wild and Barcelona-born DJ Nacho Isa in 2018, 343 Labs has grown quickly for its practical approach to music production. Now, with their new digital learning tool, the school is set to further breaks physical and technological boundaries of a classroom to equip students with the best tips to make music.
