LA duo Trick Gum drop anthemic offering “Tim Dillon,” the sixth single to be taken off their upcoming debut full-length Rack Up Your Debt. With a gritty punk energy channelled into playful instrumentation led by lacerating guitars and bold, echoing vocals, cousins Justin Raisen and Jordan Benik have crafted a trademark sound that manages to be polished and raw all at once.
The track is crafted to gear you up as loud vocals move in tandem with power-packed, psych-tinged rock n roll soundscapes that can you easily lose yourselves in despite the seemingly explosive energy nestled in it.
Born two days apart, Raisen and Benik who grew up close went their separate ways in LA before their musical destiny brought them back together again. Quickly gaining fans among music lovers and musicians alike with their tracks “Hot Rifle,” and “Hurts to Be a Head,” this latest production serves as yet another sizzling slice of their rock music, enticing us to look ahead for their fall LP.
