Odd Numbers joins up with Sick Nanley and Local Boy on “World’s Flyest Slobs” [Music Video]

After a long hiatus, Irish producer and Off-Key Collective co-founder, Odd Numbers, has returned with his brand new single, “World’s Flyest Slobs,” off his upcoming album.

Odd Number has been making a stir on the scene in Ireland for some years now. Having worked extensively with his Off-Key family Sea High, Citizen Black and Key Low on records over the years, Odd Numbers stepped out as a lead artist last year on his track “doubt me” with Sea High. Now he’s back with Burner Records co-founders Sick Nanley and Local Boy in tow, giving us further proof why the eyes of the Irish scene are on him.

The production which he handles is a thing of beauty. The harp sample is manipulated perfectly throughout the beat. The boom-bap inspiration in the drum pockets give this track a level of swing you’d struggle to find in many hip-hop tracks nowadays. Sick Nanley and Local Boy flex their comedic muscles on this one with some truly hilarious bars as well as some through-and-through hard rhymes for good measure. The hook is catchy and you can’t help but smile when you hear it. Who’s talking about JNCO jeans currently? These boys are. We love to see it.

Odd Numbers is on the run up to his debut album. The producer has been grinding out this project for over a year now and the anticipation is deservedly building. This single will only help further that cause. We are entering another “Golden Eire” of Irish Hip-Hop.
